Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,760 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with STXBP4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP4-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP4 results are reported.
