Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STXBP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STXBP2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher STXBP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STXBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where STXBP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
