STX8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,732 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKFY1, CRK, and MYO1C. Each is linked with STX8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX8-to-partner and partner-to-STX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX8 versus ANKFY1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
