STX8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSSK6, VTI1B, and STK11. Each is linked with STX8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX8-to-partner and partner-to-STX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX8 versus TSSK6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
