STX8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, RNA5SP410, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with STX8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX8-to-partner and partner-to-STX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by STX8-low versus STX8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
