Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STX7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STX7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher STX7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STX7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where STX7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
