Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STX7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STX7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher STX7 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STX7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where STX7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
