STX7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,793 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNRC1, H2BC5, and DDX39A. Each is linked with STX7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX7-to-partner and partner-to-STX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX7 versus PNRC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
