STX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with STX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX7-to-partner and partner-to-STX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by STX7-low versus STX7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
