Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,226 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of receptor localization to synapse, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with STX7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX7-to-partner and partner-to-STX7 results are reported.
