STX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,799 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, PPIF, and HNRNPUL2. Each is linked with STX5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX5-to-partner and partner-to-STX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX5 versus CPSF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
