STX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,050 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00458, MIR5189, and LSM10. Each is linked with STX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX5-to-partner and partner-to-STX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00458 grouped by STX5-low versus STX5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
