Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,494 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with STX5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX5-to-partner and partner-to-STX5 results are reported.
