Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STX4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STX4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher STX4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and LUAD are the cancer types where STX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
