STX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,553 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCARD, BCKDK, and LCMT1. Each is linked with STX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX4-to-partner and partner-to-STX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX4 versus PYCARD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
