Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,496 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, COL4A2, and TMEM219. Each is linked with STX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX4-to-partner and partner-to-STX4 results are reported.
