Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p62 Lck ligand, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with STX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX4-to-partner and partner-to-STX4 results are reported.
