Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,160 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Endocytic recycling, and Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport. Each is linked with STX4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX4-to-partner and partner-to-STX4 results are reported.
