STX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,483 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, MANF, and UBE4A. Each is linked with STX3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX3-to-partner and partner-to-STX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX3 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
