Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,261 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V0B, SPINT1, and PPWD1. Each is linked with STX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX3-to-partner and partner-to-STX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX3 versus ATP6V0B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
