STX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6876, MIRLET7A2, and MIR4432. Each is linked with STX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX2-to-partner and partner-to-STX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6876 grouped by STX2-low versus STX2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
