Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,736 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Microtubule polymerization, and Protein localization to non-motile cilium. Each is linked with STX2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX2-to-partner and partner-to-STX2 results are reported.
