STX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, NEXMIF, and MYOCD. Each is linked with STX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX2-to-partner and partner-to-STX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by STX2-low versus STX2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
