STX17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,361 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX17_S289, RABL6, and EHMT1. Each is linked with STX17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-to-partner and partner-to-STX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX17 versus STX17_S289 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
