Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,737 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD23B, MRPL50, and TRMO. Each is linked with STX17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-to-partner and partner-to-STX17 results are reported.
