Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,912 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR107, ERCC6L2, and UBQLN1. Each is linked with STX17 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-to-partner and partner-to-STX17 results are reported.
