Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,251 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with STX17 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-to-partner and partner-to-STX17 results are reported.
