STX12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,868 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YARS2, MRPL24, and MRPL32. Each is linked with STX12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX12-to-partner and partner-to-STX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX12 versus YARS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
