Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,215 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGIF2, NLE1, and DHDDS. Each is linked with STX12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX12-to-partner and partner-to-STX12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX12 versus TGIF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
