STX12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with STX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX12-to-partner and partner-to-STX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by STX12-low versus STX12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
