Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,801 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Endocytic recycling, and Vesicle budding from membrane. Each is linked with STX12 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX12-to-partner and partner-to-STX12 results are reported.
