Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STX11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STX11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher STX11 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STX11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where STX11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
