STX11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RCSD1, and SASH3. Each is linked with STX11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX11-to-partner and partner-to-STX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX11 versus RASAL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
