STX11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,447 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, SIRPB1, and LILRB1. Each is linked with STX11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX11-to-partner and partner-to-STX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX11 versus CSF2RB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
