STX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10P21, UBE2L2, and MINAR2. Each is linked with STX11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX11-to-partner and partner-to-STX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10P21 grouped by STX11-low versus STX11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
