Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of late endosome to lysosome transport, Regulation of vacuolar transport, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with STX11 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX11-to-partner and partner-to-STX11 results are reported.
