STX10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,238 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJB1, CC2D1A, and DDA1. Each is linked with STX10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX10-to-partner and partner-to-STX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX10 versus DNAJB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
