Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,089 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL4, DNASE2, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with STX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX10-to-partner and partner-to-STX10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX10 versus MRPL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
