Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6715A, RNA5SP148, and TRGJ1. Each is linked with STX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX10-to-partner and partner-to-STX10 results are reported.
