STS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,163 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MUC1, NOP2, and VWA5A. Each is linked with STS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STS-to-partner and partner-to-STS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STS versus MUC1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STS→partner) and Y-score (partner→STS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
