STRN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,917 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UFL1, PRMT1, and NXF1. Each is linked with STRN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN4-to-partner and partner-to-STRN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRN4 versus UFL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
