STRN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,423 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKRP, CALM3, and ZNF615. Each is linked with STRN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN4-to-partner and partner-to-STRN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRN4 versus FKRP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
