Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,539 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Nucleosome organization. Each is linked with STRN4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN4-to-partner and partner-to-STRN4 results are reported.
