Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STRN3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STRN3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher STRN3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STRN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
PRAD, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where STRN3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
