STRN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,127 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP4S1, RAB2B, and DTD2. Each is linked with STRN3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN3-to-partner and partner-to-STRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
