Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,227 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, PLCL1, and FCHSD1. Each is linked with STRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN-to-partner and partner-to-STRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRN versus CEBPZ in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
