STRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,400 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are AIMP1, BBC3, and RAI1. Each is linked with STRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN-to-partner and partner-to-STRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AIMP1 grouped by STRN-low versus STRN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
