Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, eIF4E, and 53BP1. Each is linked with STRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN-to-partner and partner-to-STRN results are reported.
