STRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,290 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH18, PKD1L1, and TAF6. Each is linked with STRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRN-to-partner and partner-to-STRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH18 grouped by STRN-low versus STRN-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
