Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STRIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STRIP2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher STRIP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STRIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where STRIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
